Thus, chat window may open based on the time a visitors has spent on the site or on a specific page, the percentage of scrolling made, or the exact time in seconds that you can set.

We offer three variants of open-chat triggers, they will help engage people at the right moment. Triggers will open chat window the right moment Displaying the chat on mobile is optional, so choose yourself whether to show or hide it. You can also exclude particular pages by URL. With our widget, you can choose to show the chat on all pages, or only on selected pages, by entering their URLs. This feature allows you to engage the category that you need most. Thus, you can choose to show the chat to all users, only to new users, or only to those who return to your site.

With our widget, you can set displaying the chat only for selected categories of users. Choose embed variants to place the chat in the content zone. For floating bubble variant, you can choose left, right, or center align. It can be displayed as a floating bubble, following the scroll, as embedded bubble or embedded chat window.
